The main goal: archers should be able to enter their scores during the match as easily as possible, in a variety of ways and without installing anything, and those scores should be visible live straight away.
Entering scores
- No installation and no accounts for archers: scan the QR code and start.
- Large, readable buttons, Dutch and English, portrait or landscape.
- Robust on bad networks: every arrow is stored on the device first.
- Configurable X/10/9…/M keyboard, with keys disabled per category.
- Optional signing: a confirmation or two drawn signatures (archer and marker).
- Android app for club tablets.
Live results
- One fixed address per screen; active matches appear automatically.
- Grouped and ranked by bow type, class or other categories.
- Optional per-arrow average, split totals, tie-breakers and personal-best indicators.
- Always 48 archers on one screen, whatever its size.
Setting up matches
As much or as little preparation as you like:
- No preparation: create the match and let archers register themselves from the club list or as a guest.
- Full preparation: import archers from Excel, assign lanes and print a check-in sheet per lane.
- Match templates for every club night.
- Print QR codes and score cards, export results to CSV.
Individual matches and federation competitions
Run one-off matches, such as rounds of a national or regional competition. Results can be fetched automatically by external systems, such as the federation website mijn.handboogsport.nl.
Club competitions
Track a full competition over a season, with several rounds and results per category. There are two scoring methods:
- Best scores: each archer’s highest N scores added up.
- Points per round: F1-style points per round (12, 10, 8, 7, …).
Printable result lists for the notice board or as a PDF.
Personal bests
Track personal bests per archer, discipline and match type. Import existing records from Excel; new records are registered automatically when a match is closed.
Organisations and accounts
Organisations are fully separated and can have sub-organisations. Accounts come as Administrator, Manager or Viewer, with backup and restore per organisation.
